About the Role:
As an IT Support Technician at North Range Behavioral Health, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our teams connected, supported, and ready to provide highly qualified behavioral health services to the people and communities we serve. In community mental health, reliable technology is more than a convenience, it helps clinicians access critical information, communicate with clients and colleagues, coordinate care, and deliver services, when they are needed most,
In this role, you’ll be a trusteed resources for employees across North Range, providing technical support both remotely and in person. You’ll guide end users through system configuration and troubleshooting, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and work efficiently to minimize disruptions to their work. Your ability to listen, problem-solve, and translate technical solutions into clear, approachable guidance will help our teams stay focused on what matters most: supporting the behavioral health and wellbeing of our clients.

What You Will Do:

Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, networks and peripheral equipment to ensure North Range teams have reliable technology to deliver high-quality behavioral health services.
- Develop and maintain technical support procedures, documentation, and reports that promote consistency, efficiency, and dependable service across the organization.

Analyze system records, logs, and support trends to identify underlying issues, anticipate technology needs, and proactively improve the experience of employees who rely on our systems every day.

Listen with patience and curiosity to understand employees’ technology needs and provide clear, practical solutions that allow them to return their focus to serving clients.
- Deliver responsive, respectful, and solution-focused customer service, prioritizing the needs of employees while appropriately escalating complex or unresolved issues to the next level of technical support.

Provide one-on-one technical guidance both remotely and in person, helping employees confidently navigate system configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and other technology-related challenges.

Support the implementation of new technology, applications, and solutions that strengthen our ability to collaborate, improve efficiency, protect information, and deliver accessible behavioral health services.

Create and manage user accounts and provide timely assistance with passwords, logins, and access issues so employees can securely connect to the systems and resources they need to do their work.

Evaluate emerging technology and provide thoughtful recommendations regarding technical requirements, usability, and organizational needs, helping North Range make informed decisions about tools that support our mission.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

Have an Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in information technology, computer science, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and/or certifications.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in computer science or related field is preferred is preferred.
Have certification in Microsoft, Cisco Certified Network Association (CCNA) or other IT related certification highly desired.
