We're opening a new yakiniku-style grill spot in Shrewsbury and looking for a host to be the first face our guests see.
What you'll do:
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional welcome
- Manage the waitlist and keep the flow smooth during rushes
- Answer phones and take reservations
- Handle guest concerns with grace and keep things from escalating
- Keep the front entrance area clean and organized
What we need:
- Restaurant hosting experience preferred
- Friendly, polished, and comfortable talking to anyone
- Can stay calm when guests get frustrated
- Team player who helps out when things get busy
- Reliable and punctual
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
