Overview
We're looking for an energetic Store Manager to run our retail store. You'll operate the store independently, manage one to two team members, and work directly with the founder on day to day decisions. Beyond the physical store, you'll also handle online customer service, shaping the full Eddy customer experience.
Duties
- Run all day to day store operations independently
- Manage and train one to two store associates
- Work directly with the founder on goals, inventory, and store decisions
- Handle online customer service
- Manage inventory, restocking, and merchandising
- Handle POS transactions
- Track sales and report performance to the founder
- Plan and execute store events
Qualifications
- Retail management experience preferred, comfortable running a store independently
- Strong communication skills for both in person and online customer service
- Comfortable with POS systems and inventory management
- Self starter who can make decisions without a large team or corporate structure
- Based in San Francisco
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
