Key Qualifications:
- Current Maryland SLP or SLPA license is required
- Open to SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and SLPA candidates
- Experience or strong interest in school-based speech therapy

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
- Perform assessments and document student progress accurately
- Deliver support through individual and small group sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
