What to Expect
As a Sourcer for the Tesla Supply Chain Recruiting Team, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and closing the best Supply Chain talent in the fields of NPI, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Operations, and Warehousing. You have a hands-on approach and bring along outstanding communication skills, good interviewing skills and detailed knowledge of modern sourcing techniques. No matter how specialized and hard to find the role is, you'll amaze the hiring team by uncovering the perfect candidate match from the depth of the Internet or your professional networks. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging with top talent for our hiring teams. Role can be based out of Austin, TX or Fremont, CA.
What You'll Do-
Identify and asses a diverse candidate pool; provide regular updates to recruiting partners and hiring managers

Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify the best candidates, including our ATS, Ai, and third-party products e.g. LinkedIn

Conduct thorough candidate phone screens to assess both a technical baseline as well as the ability to be successful in the Tesla environment

Track candidate progress in our ATS and providw regular reporting to hiring managers

Provide a great candidate experience at every opportunity
What You'll Bring-
2+ years of sourcing or full-cycle experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven background in using creative research and sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and difficult roles

Ability to create and maintain a healthy relationship across all functions of the company

Ability to work in ambiguity and under significant pressure with challenging deadlines

Expected Compensation
$64,000 - $126,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
