Duties
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on plumbing, electrical systems, calk ceilings, change light bulbs, tiles, dry wall, and building interior features to ensure optimal operation.
- Carpentry, painting, and general handyman tasks to maintain facility aesthetics and functionality.
- Use hand tools and electrical equipment repair techniques to address repairs efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Assist with installation projects such as fixtures or minor structural modifications following technical schematics.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients or team members about repair status or maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Hands-on skills with hand tools and electrical equipment repair.
- Residential painting is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English; capable of basic handy man repairs.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
