CDL Truck Driver / Laborer – Full Time
Location: Missoula, MT
Wage: $24-$26/hour DOE
Schedule: Full Time
Twin Lakes Dirt Works is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and safety-focused CDL Truck Driver / Laborer to join our growing team. This position combines dump truck driving with hands-on construction work, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a crew and taking on a variety of tasks throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Operate a dump truck to transport materials to and from job sites.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-kept equipment.
- Assist with paving operations, including asphalt placement and site cleanup.
- Help with excavation, utility, and site work as directed.
- Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment.
- Perform general labor including shoveling, raking, grading, and job site cleanup.
- Work closely with foremen and crew members to complete projects efficiently.
- Follow all local, state, and federal driving regulations and company safety policies.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
- Clean driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
- Previous dump truck driving or construction experience preferred.
