Brick & Brew is searching for an experienced full-time and part-time bartender that can excel in a fast-paced environment. The flexibility to handle table service is critical, in order to attain the position, you must be willing to train on food first.
Requirements:
- Commit to understand and articulate all food menu items.
- Must have minimum of 1 year bar experience.
- Must learn custom handcrafted cocktail menu.
- Depth of whiskey knowledge a plus.
- Regional and Local beer knowledge a plus.
- Energetic, positive and personable.
- Strong ability to multi-task.
- Can lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a team-based model.
