Pescara Plumbing is a growing plumbing company serving residential and commercial customers throughout Geauga County and the surrounding areas. We handle everything from everyday service calls to full system installs and remodels. Our work ranges from fixing a leaking faucet in someone’s home to piping out commercial spaces and new construction projects. We take pride in doing clean, professional work and treating customers the right way.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a well-rounded plumber who can confidently handle both service work and installation. This role is a mix of residential and commercial jobs, including troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, remodels, and new construction.
This is not a “stand in the corner and just install pipe” role. You will be interacting with customers, diagnosing issues, and representing the company in the field.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential and commercial settings (leaks, clogs, fixtures, water heaters, etc.)
- Perform service calls with professionalism by communicating clearly with customers and explaining solutions
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for remodels and new construction
- Read and interpret blueprints and layouts for rough-ins and system design
- Perform pipe cutting, threading, fitting, and assembly
- Install fixtures, water heaters, sump pumps, valves, and other plumbing components
- Conduct system inspections and identify potential issues before they become major problems
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle
- Work alongside other plumbers and trades when needed on larger projects
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in both service plumbing and installation work
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems independently
- Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems (commercial experience is a plus)
- Comfortable interacting directly with customers in their homes or businesses
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and standard plumbing equipment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable, professional, and takes pride in their work

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
