Pay Rate: $28.00–$50.00/hr (Based on experience)
Job Summary
Seeking a reliable Building Maintenance Technician to perform general facility maintenance and repairs in a commercial environment. This role involves maintaining building systems, responding to maintenance requests, and helping ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine building maintenance and repairs.
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility issues.
- Maintain equipment and building systems.
- Respond to work orders in a timely manner.
- Assist with general maintenance projects.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements
- Previous building or facilities maintenance experience.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to use common hand and power tools.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Background check and drug screening required.
