Join our team! We are looking to add skilled Maintenance Technicians to service our residential communities and customers in the Berrien and Van Buren County areas. Duties include general maintenance and repairs and unit turnovers. Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or general interior and exterior maintenance preferred. HVAC, plumbing or electrical licensing is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess problem solving and customer service skills and the ability to use or learn to use a software app for time and project tracking.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on property facilities, including plumbing and carpentry tasks.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents, ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed on schedule.
- Adhere to safety protocols while performing maintenance duties.
