Key Responsibilities:
As an Insurance Producer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and helping them navigate their insurance needs. Your daily tasks will include:
- Customer Interaction – Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to assist clients.
- Quote Preparation & Policy Underwriting – Collecting client info and providing quotes while underwriting active policies.
- Customer Service Excellence – Assisting clients with payments, policy changes, and answering questions.
- Administrative & Operational Support – Managing client communications through emails, texts, and ensuring proper documentation and signatures are obtained.
- Follow-up & Relationship Building – Ensuring clients receive timely responses and feel valued throughout their experience.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking candidates who possess the following qualities:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – We serve a diverse community, and your language skills will be an asset!
- Licensed or Willing to Obtain Property & Casualty License – Don’t have a license yet? We’ll support you through the process!
- 18+ Years Old – You must meet the minimum age requirement.
- Tech-Savvy – Semi-proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Customer-Centered – Prior customer service experience and a passion for helping people are essential.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented – We rely on your attention to detail and your ability to stay organized.
- Strong Communication Skills – Whether on the phone or in writing, your communication is key to providing excellent service.
- Coachable Attitude – We believe in continuous learning, and we’re looking for someone open to feedback and personal growth!
