Position Summary
The Coffee & Smoothie Barista is the face of the experience, creating high-quality coffee, smoothies, and juices while bringing great energy to every interaction. This role is about more than just making drinks—it’s about setting the vibe, connecting with customers, and making people feel good the moment they walk in. The right person is fast, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys talking to people, all while maintaining a clean, polished, high-end presence. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, and fresh juices according to company standards
- Provide friendly, efficient, and engaging customer service at all times
- Accurately take and process customer orders using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and work areas
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and inventory as needed
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and special requests professionally
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations

Schedule:
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
