Position Overview
Loved Ones Meals DBA DiNadic Delicacies is seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) to support our growing senior and medically tailored meal service.
This is a flexible contract opportunity ideal for an experienced nutrition professional interested in helping us develop, review, and maintain nutritious meals for seniors and individuals with specialized dietary needs.
Responsibilities
The LDN will assist with:
- Reviewing and approving meal menus
- Reviewing medically tailored and special-diet menus
- Nutritional analysis of meals
- Portion-size recommendations and guidance
- Diabetic-friendly meal planning
- Heart-healthy and low-sodium meal planning
- Renal-friendly meal planning
- Gluten-free and other specialized dietary needs
- Reviewing ingredients and nutritional information
- Ongoing menu reviews and updates as needed
- Providing professional LDN documentation and approvals for company records
- Helping ensure menus follow applicable nutritional standards and payer/program requirements
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a current Pennsylvania Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) license
- Maintain their Pennsylvania LDN license in good standing
- Provide verification of current Pennsylvania licensure
- Carry professional liability insurance
- Have experience with clinical nutrition, senior nutrition, medically tailored meals, or special diets preferred
- Be knowledgeable about therapeutic diets, including diabetic, cardiac/low-sodium, renal, and other specialized diets
- Be dependable and available for periodic menu reviews and updates

This position is ideal for an LDN seeking flexible supplemental work. The workload will primarily involve professional menu review, nutritional oversight, documentation, and consultation as needed.
