Duties
- Engage with customers in ULTA Beauty to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
- Conduct upselling by identifying additional solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, personalized service, and follow-up to foster loyalty
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with clients, team members, and management to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Proven retail store experience or customer service background with strong client relationship building skills
- Must meet/exceed sales goals per shift
- Reliable transportation
- Availability Thursday-Sunday, hours are flexible
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and sales execution
- Organizational skills to manage schedules
