Provides direct patient care under RN supervision
Assists with ADLs: bathing, feeding, dressing, hygiene, mobility, elimination
Takes and records vital signs (BP, pulse, etc.) and reports changes to RN
Performs approved clinical support tasks per Oregon CNA scope (e.g., fingersticks, specimen collection, oxygen support adjustments, SCDs, CPM assistance, drainage/output measurement, post-mortem care)
Supports patient safety, comfort, and restorative care needs
Assists with basic clerical/unit support tasks as needed
Maintains workflow efficiency and prioritizes assigned duties
May float to other units based on staffing needs
Works in telemetry and dialysis unit environment (47-bed unit)
Collaborates with interdisciplinary support teams (pharmacy, phlebotomy, transport, etc.)
