Tekk Force Staffing is hiring experienced Industrial Electricians for long-term opportunities at manufacturing facilities, processing plants, refineries, distribution centers, and other industrial environments throughout Texas. We are looking for safety-minded professionals with strong troubleshooting skills who take pride in delivering quality work.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems.
- Install and terminate conduit (EMT, Rigid, IMC, and PVC).
- Pull and terminate power and control wiring.
- Install and troubleshoot motors, motor controls, VFDs, disconnects, MCCs, switchgear, transformers, and panelboards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, schematics, and electrical drawings.
- Perform equipment startup, testing, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical and control circuits using meters and diagnostic equipment.
- Follow OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E standards, and all site-specific safety requirements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of industrial electrical experience preferred.
- Texas Journeyman Electrician License preferred (not required for all projects).
- Experience in manufacturing, chemical plants, food processing, oil & gas, power generation, or similar industrial environments.
- Ability to bend and install conduit.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with motors and electrical distribution equipment.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
