The Opportunity
As a Reputation Management Specialist, you will be the voice of All My Sons for customers who
need help most. You will monitor and respond to online reviews, resolve billing and damage
disputes, and communicate with customers by phone and email to deliver fast, compassionate
solutions. This is not a call center job — it is a high-impact, relationship-driven role where your
work directly shapes how customers feel about our brand.

What You’ll Do
- Monitor and respond to online reviews across Google, Facebook, and other platforms
- Resolve customer concerns related to services, billing, and damages with speed and empathy
- Communicate professionally with customers by phone and email
- Track and document resolution activity using internal systems and Excel
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure issues are addressed and closed quickly
- Protect and strengthen the All My Sons brand one customer interaction at a time
What We’re Looking For
- A people-first communicator who stays calm and professional under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — you know how to say the right thing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
- A detail-oriented problem solver who follows through until the issue is resolved
- Experience with Birdeye or similar reputation management platforms is a major plus
- A team player who takes ownership and shows up ready to make a difference every day
- * Must be able to provide 2 forms of valid ID in accordance with I-9 guidelines
What You’ll Earn
Our top performers earn between $600 – $1,000 in monthly bonuses —
consistently.
- Base pay: $20 – $25 per hour depending on experience
- Monthly performance bonus up to $1,000
- Total annual compensation range: $41,600 – $64,000+
