Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and provide key information about the property and local attractions
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and billing details using hotel management software
- Assist with guest relations by providing personalized service that exceeds expectations
- Support hotel operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Exceptional guest relations skills to foster positive experiences and resolve issues promptly
