Your Day-to-Day
- Build relationships, uncover client needs, and offer insurance solutions that truly fit
- Develop lead pipelines through outbound calling, marketing campaigns, and local engagement
- Represent the agency at networking events, in the community, and online
- Bring marketing ideas to life — from grassroots campaigns to digital outreach
- Track performance, learn from data, and keep growing

Pay Details
- Year 1 Expected Compensation: $40,600 – $50,000+
- Bonus Potential: $1,000 – $6,000+ (based on results — your ceiling is up to you)
