Job Description
Kumon Math and Reading Center in the Cypress location is looking for a center Manager to join our strong team who wants to learn Kumon center operations and management.
This role supports the Center Director in a variety of instructional and operational management tasks and the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the center, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Customer service minded individual - strong verbal communication skills, intermediate written communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer usage
- Must be very well-organized and able to multi-task
- Fluent in Spanish a plus!
- Loves working with children and able to provide a positive learning experience
- A self-starter, motivated individual
- Bachelor's degree is a major plus!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
