Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Towing industry , with the ability to handle various tasks related to truck operation. This includes light and Heavy duty wreckers and Rollbacks.This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our services, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining safety standards. Clear communication and the ability to problem solve are a must.
Duties
- Operate and maintain vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Drive commercial vehicles as required for service delivery.
- Manage conflict effectively while interacting with customers to resolve issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- rotating on call Nights and Week ends
Skills
- Experience with Heavy Duty towing
- Valid commercial driving license preferred, but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in tow truck operations.
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
