We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Worker to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will help ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment. The ideal candidate is organized, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.
Responsibilities
- Pick products from warehouse locations according to customer orders
- Verify item numbers, quantities, and product condition
- Pack orders securely to prevent damage during shipping
- Print and apply shipping labels and required documentation
- Prepare completed orders for carrier pickup
- Receive, sort, and organize incoming inventory
- Restock shelves and maintain accurate product locations
- Use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow company procedures and workplace safety requirements
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, packing, or order-picking experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Basic computer or handheld scanner skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when required
Pay: $22.90 - $27.60 per hour
