What You’ll Do as a Team Leader:
- Lead day-to-day store operations
- Hire, train, and coach team members
- Create and manage store schedules
- Oversee product ordering, inventory, and cash handling
- Ensure food safety procedures are followed
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience
- Build a positive, supportive team culture
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of restaurant or retail operations experience (supervisory experience a plus!)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Organized, reliable, and ready to take initiative
- Full-time availability and willingness to train at nearby seacoast locations
