Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in Crown Point, Indiana.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Outpatient Family Practice role serving patients across the lifespan
- Predictable weekday schedule supporting provider balance and long-term stability

COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $140,000
- HRSA student loan repayment eligible site
- Relocation assistance available case by case
SCHEDULE
- Predictable weekday outpatient schedule
- Outpatient-only clinical setting
- Approximately 2–3 patients per hour
ROLE
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages
- Manage preventative care, chronic conditions, and acute visits
- Collaborate within team-based care environment to support continuity of care
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient management workflows
- Support mission-focused healthcare delivery within diverse community populations

Requirements:
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner REQUIRED
