## Overview
We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our culinary team servicing K-12. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious dishes and leading a kitchen team to success.
## Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations
- Create and prepare high-quality menu items
- Help to train clients on managing inventory levels and control costs
- Ensure compliance with USDA and state food regulations
- Train kitchen staff and management
- Develop new recipes and menu items
- Collaborate with management and clients on menu planning and specials.
- Must be willing to travel 95% of the time.

- Leadership skills to guide kitchen staff effectively
- Proficient in inventory control and management
- Experience in school child nutrition program and food service management
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations
- Team management abilities to coordinate kitchen activities efficiently

- Culinary skills to cook and create diverse dishes

Pay: $56,989.00 - $64,000.00 per year
