We are looking for an outgoing and motivated Entry Level AT&T Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will meet with customers in person, introduce AT&T wireless products and services, and help them choose the best solutions for their needs.

Entry Level AT&T Sales Assistant Responsibilities
- Meet with customers to introduce AT&T wireless products and services
- Explain product features, plans, and current promotions
- Recommend solutions based on each customer's needs
- Build strong customer relationships through professional, face-to-face interactions
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Stay up to date on AT&T products, services, and promotions
- Work with other Entry Level AT&T Sales Assistants to improve sales performance and share best practices
- Answer customer questions and provide outstanding customer service
Entry Level AT&T Sales Assistant Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus
- Prior Entry Level AT&T Sales Assistant experience is highly preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
