RWB Hot Tubs & Swim Spas is one of the fastest-growing specialty retailers in Florida — hot tubs, swim spas, and cold plunges flying off four showroom floors — and we're hunting for one General Sales Manager who can lead like an owner and close like a legend.
We're not hiring a manager. We're hiring a difference-maker.
You, if this is real
- You've run a floor as a GM or General Sales Manager and put up numbers you're proud to brag about.
- Or you came up in car sales — or any pressure-cooker sales world — and you've got the scars, the instincts, and the killer instinct to prove it.
- You don't wait for traffic. You create it, coach it, and close it.
What you'll own
- The sales performance of all four Florida locations — traffic, close rate, gross, the whole scoreboard.
- Building and sharpening a team that hits targets and then laughs at them in the rearview.
- Delivering the 5-star experience that made our name.
