Join our dynamic team at Sunset House Recovery as a Client Care Coordinator and become a vital part of supporting individuals on their recovery journey. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing compassionate, professional support while assisting with scheduling, communication, and daily operations. Your ability to build rapport, maintain organization, and communicate effectively will help ensure that every client feels supported, respected, and guided throughout their treatment experience. Duties
- Greet clients in a warm, professional manner, creating a welcoming and supportive environment
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using electronic health record systems (e.g., Alleva)
- Handle client inquiries, assist with coordination of care, and provide clear communication regarding program expectations and services
- Support communication between clinical staff, operations team, and clients to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate client records, document interactions, and ensure all required documentation is completed in a timely manner
- Assist with intake coordination, including initial client engagement and onboarding processes
- Monitor client attendance, participation, and adherence to program structure
- Support daily operations by assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and communication logs
- Reinforce program structure by ensuring clients are following schedules, attending meetings, and engaging in recovery activities
Qualifications
- Prior experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or client-facing roles is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of recovery principles, 12-step programs, or mental health support is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional boundaries
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate, reliable, and motivated to support individuals in recovery
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
