We are seeking a passionate and talented Bartender to add to our team for our upcoming busy summer season!
The ideal candidate will have a love for cocktails, food and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our Costumers. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction while creating meaningful connections with our guests
Operation Hours: Wednesday - Saturday 4PM-9PM

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink options.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using cash registers and Toast POS systems.
- Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, and garnishes; assist with restocking as needed.
- Help develop a rotating cocktail program.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the food industry.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
- Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.
Skills
- Proficient in bartending techniques with knowledge of drink recipes and mixology.
- Moderate knowledge in Wine and food pairing
- Strong cash handling skills with experience using cash registers or POS systems.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash management and sales calculations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Previous Bartending experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to help guests enjoy their experience.
