Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring products are properly stocked, rotated, and displayed across assigned retail accounts. This position involves manual labor, driving between locations, and maintaining strong relationships with store personnel.
Key responsibilities include restocking shelves, coolers, and displays; rotating backstock to ensure product freshness; tracking product codes and expiration dates; and maintaining organized, visually appealing product placements. You will play a critical role in ensuring all merchandise is up to company standards and free of out-of-date product.

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) (required documentation)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check (required documentation)
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between assigned locations
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain positive retailer relationships
