Join a Premier Plaintiff-Side Litigation Team
We are a highly respected plaintiff personal injury law firm with a long history of achieving exceptional results for injured clients and their families. Our attorneys have secured numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements, including recoveries in catastrophic injury, trucking, construction accident, and medical negligence litigation. As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney who is fluent in either Korean or Spanish to join our Fort Lee office.
Responsibilities

Independently manage a plaintiff personal injury caseload from inception through resolution.

Conduct depositions, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and legal memoranda.

Communicate effectively with Korean-speaking or Spanish-speaking clients and families.

Develop litigation strategy and work closely with senior attorneys on complex, high-value matters.

Prepare cases for trial and participate in all phases of litigation.
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.

Fluency in Korean or Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to manage cases independently.

Experience handling motor vehicle, trucking, construction accident, premises liability, and wrongful death matters.

Strong deposition, negotiation, and motion practice skills.

New Jersey Bar admission required; New York admission is a plus.

Trial experience is highly preferred.
