Sports Bar Manager
Job Summary
We're seeking an energetic Sports Bar Management to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced sports bar environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, food and beverage operations, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily bar and restaurant operations, staffing, and shift execution.
- Ensure excellent customer service and high food quality standards.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control.
- Operate POS systems (Aloha or Micros) and manage cash handling.
- Train, coach, and develop staff while enforcing food safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
Requirements
- Management experience in a sports bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
- Experience with Aloha or Micros POS systems preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Basic financial and budgeting skills.
