As the Member Services Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Member Services Department
- Supervise, coach, and support Member Service Representatives to ensure consistent, high-quality service
- Oversee the billing, payment, and collections functions, ensuring a high level of accuracy
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for member inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing solutions with professionalism and care
- Identify workflow improvements and support initiatives that enhance the member experience
- Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
· Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 1+ years of related experience, or associate degree Business or related field with 5+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· Previous supervisory or leadership experience, ideally in customer service, utilities, or a related field is preferred
· Strong communication, organization, and conflict‑resolution skills
