Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, and specialty cocktails to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
- Process credit card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales transaction processing
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Support guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a memorable dining experience
Qualifications
- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Toast POS system
- Demonstrated ability in upselling beverages and menu items to maximize sales opportunities
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with wine knowledge, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and guest-focused approach
