Overview
NDx Clinical Research is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Recruitment Lead to lead patient recruitment and physician engagement across our growing portfolio of clinical trials.
This is more than a recruitment position—you'll develop innovative enrollment strategies, build partnerships with healthcare providers, oversee recruitment operations, and play a direct role in bringing cutting-edge treatments to patients living with neurological diseases.

Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment strategies across multiple clinical research studies
- Identify eligible participants using EMR and recruitment databases
- Conduct patient outreach, prescreening, and scheduling
- Build strong referral relationships with physicians, specialists, and community partners
- Develop provider education and referral programs
- Create and oversee digital, print, and community recruitment campaigns
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize enrollment performance
- Manage recruitment workflows within the CTMS
- Train and mentor recruitment staff while driving enrollment goals
- Collaborate with investigators and study teams during study startup and throughout enrollment
Required
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in clinical research, healthcare operations, patient recruitment, physician relations, or a related healthcare field
- Experience recruiting patients for clinical trials or healthcare programs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and continuously improve performance
- Experience with CTMS, EMR/EHR systems, and recruitment marketing
Preferred
- Neurology, psychiatry, or other specialty healthcare experience
- Clinical research certification (CCRP, CCRC, or similar)
- Experience leading outreach or physician engagement initiatives

Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
