Digital Energy Partners is seeking a highly capable and results-driven Site Tech to work in our industrial-scale computing/Bitcoin mining facility in McAllen,TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying ,maintaining, and repairing Bitcoin mining equipment ,while ensuring high uptime and operational reliability in our data center.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain mining hardware
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and operational issues to maintain uptime
- Perform repairs and component replacements (fans, power supplies, controller boards, etc.)
- Conduct preventative maintenance and general equipment upkeep
- Coordinate equipment shipping, receiving, and inventory tracking
- Configure miners using software management tools
- Maintain accurate documentation of equipment, inventory, and data center operations
- Ensure the data center remains clean, organized, and properly maintained
- Perform general site maintenance as needed
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience with Bitcoin mining equipment or data center operations
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on equipment for extended periods
- Comfortable working in high-noise environments with variable temperatures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, hands-on, and adaptable to changing priorities

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
