We are looking for a hands on, people first store manager with energy, creativity, and care. If you are passionate about fashion, leadership, and delivering top tier customer service, wed love to meet you!
What you'll do:
- lead and inspire a small team of stylists to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage day to day store operations including inventory, scheduling, and sales.
- Maintain visual merchandising and uphold brand standards.
- Collaborate with the owner and buying team to influence product selections
- Track performance and drive sales goals through team motivation.
- Create a welcoming environment that reflects the spirit and energy of the boutique
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years of retail management experience (fashion retail preferred)
- A passion for styling, merchandising, and engaging with customers.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.
- Available to work 2-3 evenings per week and a minimum of 2 weekends a month.
- Detail oriented, proactive, and organized.
