Outside Sales Consultant — Commercial Security
Dallas–Fort Worth Metro | Full-Time | Base + Commission + Equity
About the role
Security Partners is a commercial security integrator serving the DFW metroplex since 2006. We design, install, and monitor video surveillance and intrusion detection systems for commercial clients in Dallas-Fort Worth and the surrounding areas.
We're hiring and building a dedicated sales team to drive new commercial business growth across DFW. This isn't a seat to fill — it's a foundational hire. This role will shape how we sell, which verticals we pursue, and what our sales function looks like as we scale.
What you'll do:
- Prospect and close new commercial security contracts involving video surveillance and intrusion detection systems
- Build relationships with general contractors, commercial property managers and facility directors across the DFW metro
- Run full-cycle sales from prospecting through needs analysis, proposal, and close
- Develop territory strategy for underserved verticals — healthcare, logistics/warehousing, retail, and corporate campuses
- Represent the company at local networking groups, trade associations, and industry events across DFW
- Partner directly with ownership on pricing, proposals, and go-to-market strategy — no layers of approval

What you bring:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in physical security (video surveillance, intrusion detection/alarms, access control)
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with the numbers to back it up
- Comfort with full-cycle, consultative selling — from cold outreach to technical needs analysis to close
- Existing relationships in DFW commercial real estate, property management, or general contracting are a strong plus
- Reliable personal transportation — this is a field role covering the DFW metroplex
- Clean background — must be able to pass background checks
