We are a small full service CPA firm looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant who reports directly to Office Manager. Hours are 9-5:30 (incl 30 min lunch), 2-3 days a week. Monday Tuesday Wednesday Preferred. Tuesdays required.
Requirements
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Greet and welcome clients.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Prepare, maintain and organize client files.
- Perform data entry and maintain accounting databases and systems.
- Prepare bulk mailings.
- Must be proficient in MS Office.
- Administrative support for other team members as needed.
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
