--Duties--
- Oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations
- Train and supervise staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety and service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
-Adequately prepare the schedule with available staff, hire and retain staff as well
--Requirements--
- Previous experience in Management for at least 4 months
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and build client relationships
- Experience supervising a team of employees in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
--Plus--
- Strong knowledge of Toast POS system and sling scheduling procedures
-Serve Safe certification completed and current
