- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met

- Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to coordinate timely service
- Handle food handling responsibilities following proper food safety protocols to ensure guest safety
- Support banquet or special event service by delivering dishes and assisting with setup when required
- Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation procedures
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Familiarity with food preparation, serving techniques, and basic kitchen operations
- Experience operating POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy setting while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of hospitality standards gained through hotel or culinary experience enhances your effectiveness in this role
