Responsibilities
- Perform patient consultations, examinations, and chiropractic evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments and care
- Educate patients on spinal health, wellness, posture, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Collaborate effectively to ensure exceptional patient experiences
- Participate in practice growth initiatives, community outreach, networking, and patient retention efforts
- Build strong relationships with patients and referral sources
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics
Qualifications
Required
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
- Active Florida chiropractic license (or ability to obtain one before start date)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-thinking on your feet is a must
- Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
- Team-oriented mindset
- Passion for patient care and wellness
- Desire to contribute to the long-term growth of the practice
Preferred
- Experience treating family and pediatric patients
- Experience with personal injury and auto accident cases
- Familiarity with diversified and/or multiple chiropractic techniques
- Community involvement and relationship-building skills
- Previous private practice experience
