Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations and assume leadership in their absence.

Assist with recruiting, selecting, and retaining qualified team members to ensure optimal staffing levels.

Motivate and direct store teams to achieve productivity and profitability goals, communicating daily and weekly objectives.

Promote exceptional customer service through coaching, training, and leading by example.

Maintain high standards for merchandise presentation and visual displays.

Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures.

Oversee the buying of gently used clothing and accessories according to company standards.

At least 1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments.

Available to work 40 hours per week, including 2 nights and rotating weekends.
