Summary of Position
This position will require excellent customer service and communication skills. Duties will include but not be limited to processing patient accounts, collections, employee discounts, and more. This is full-time, 40 hour position and can be remote, Washington State residents need only apply.
Minimum Qualifications:
- **Hospital Billing Experience**
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous admission/registration experience or previous hospital medical billing experience preferred.
- Ability to input data into computer with accuracy and proper spelling and grammar.
- Work requires exceptional interpersonal skills to interview and obtain information from patients and interact with other hospital personnel and outside personnel.
- Work requires the ability to determine priority where options are limited and to gather information necessary to complete admission registration in a prompt manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced area, where the performance and concentration of several tasks may be required simultaneously.
- Ability to speak and hear clearly.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Supports hospital mission and strategic vision; manages hospital resources appropriately; complies with hospital policies and programs; maintains skill levels, licenses, and certifications; complies with all state and federal compliance and HIPAA requirements; keeps lines of communication open between self and other hospital personnel; competent with computer programs.

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
