What You'll Do Day-to-Day
- Answering incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Making outbound calls to customers for scheduling, updates, issue resolution, etc.
- Verifying and marking received parts as checked in using our system
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- De-escalate upset customers, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries
- Maintain punctuality
Requirements
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
