Food & Beverage Attendant
Job Summary
Join the Anakeesta team as a Food & Beverage Attendant, where you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. From quick bites to sweet treats, you’ll deliver friendly, fast, and accurate service while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming food service environment across our park’s dining locations.
Your Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
Prepare and serve food and beverage items accurately and efficiently, following established recipes and presentation standards.
Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card transactions with accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including counters, equipment, and guest-facing spaces.
Restock food, beverage, and supply items as needed throughout the shift.
Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to questions or concerns in a friendly, professional manner.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety policies and procedures.
Support other food and beverage locations or duties as assigned.
What You Need
Previous customer service or food service experience preferred, but not required.
Strong communication skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and attentive to detail.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and a variety of shifts.
Must be willing to attend Serv-Safe class to obtain certification.
Must be willing to attend TABC class to obtain certification.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to safely lift, carry, and move materials independently and with team assistance when necessary.
Ability to perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and reaching overhead.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, including on uneven surfaces and stairs.
Ability to safely handle heavy, bulky, or awkward items using proper lifting techniques and assistance as needed.
Capable of working in a physically demanding environment with frequent movement and manual labor activities.
