Job Summary
SIIA Cosmetics is a fast-growing, premium K-Beauty brand with an established presence in major North American retailers and online marketplaces, including Macy’s, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, and Shoppers Drug Mart. We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and responsible E-commerce & Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Irving/DFW, Texas. In this hybrid role, you will support both our marketplace operations and digital marketing initiatives. [Duties & Responsibilities]
Marketplace Operations
- Act as the primary point of contact and manage communications with major marketplace platforms (Macy’s, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, etc.).
- Handle daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, inventory management, pricing updates, and troubleshooting operational issues.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless backend operations.
- Monitor marketplace performance, track key metrics, and proactively resolve any arising issues.
- Support new product launches and assist with onboarding onto additional marketplace platforms.
Marketing Support
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities across various channels.
- Assist in creating and managing social media content and marketing assets.
- Coordinate with designers and external vendors to develop marketing materials.
- Manage and update product detail pages (PDPs), including images and marketing copy.
- Support email marketing efforts and execute promotional calendars.
Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written business communication and coordination skills.
- Task Management: Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities responsibly.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Design (Preferred): Ability to use basic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator is highly preferred.
- Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in e-commerce, online retail, marketplace management (e.g., Mirakl, Shopify, Amazon), or digital marketing is a strong plus.
