Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager - Quick Service to lead our fast-paced restaurant operations. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, kitchen management, and customer service delivery.
- staff training and development to ensure high performance, adherence to food safety standards, and consistent service quality.
- Inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food production to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and oversee POS systems Toast for seamless transactions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
- Manage shift schedules, supervise team members, and coordinate staffing levels to meet customer demand efficiently. This is a hands on Manager position
- Implement operational policies, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Must be able to Bend, lift un to 50 pounds, twist, turn and stand for long periods of time
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management.
- Experience with POS systems such as Toast, Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise is essential.
- Background in food safety standards, inventory control, and food industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop staff effectively.
- 4 Years experience in Quick Service restaurant management is required
- Serve safe certification
- Must be able to work all weekends & holidays
- 4:30 am start time
- Valid drivers license

Pay: $45,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
