IMMEDIATE OPENING! We are looking for a Full Time Shift Leader/Set-Up for our Hebron, OH Manufacturing Facility. This is a team position, so our ideal candidate will need to be extremely reliable, self-motivated, have an eye for detail and completion, a team player, and come with a variety of skills and experience to tackle issues within the manufacturing world. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday.
Some responsibilities include:
· Coordinate and direct operator use, positions and duties for shift
· Make continuous workstation rounds to monitor all aspects of process and operator training
· Ability to assume responsibility as first level of authority on all internal shift operations to act, stop, restrict and prevent unsafe practices or conditions
· Perform designated setup, adjustments, and minor repairs of equipment
· Ability to troubleshoot and assess root-cause when issues arise
· Self-manage own work time/duties to fulfill assigned and changing positions
· Excellent attendance and reliability is a must
· Prefer 2 years of solid, direct experience but not required
